Refund & Return Policy – ForzaNutrition

At ForzaNutrition, we take pride in delivering high-quality supplements and wellness products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or tampered

  • The product is expired upon delivery

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after opening the seal

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products returned without original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements once opened cannot be returned.


🔁 Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@forzanutrition.in within 7 days of delivery

  2. Attach clear images of the item, invoice, and issue

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and ship a replacement

  4. Exchanges are subject to product availability


💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only:

  • If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • If you cancel the order before it is shipped

  • If a return is approved and a replacement is unavailable

Refund Mode: Same as original payment method
Refund Time: Within 5–7 business days after approval


📦 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange free reverse pickup via our courier partner

  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may courier it back, and we’ll reimburse the shipping cost (with receipt proof)
