Directions:
Mix 1 -2 Scoop of Active Whey Protein with 180 to 230ml of water, Skim Milk or beverage of your choice. On training days, take a minimum of two servings. Take on serving within 30-45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On non-training days take atleast one serving between meals for best result.
